The acquisition includes CSF Corporation’s toll-free number management portfolio and Aerialink’s cloud-based mobile messaging platform for enterprises and those companies that manage toll-free number assignments and toll-free number porting in the U.S.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Somerset, NJ, the CSF Corporation offered toll-free number management including provisioning, routing, activation and disaster recovery to more than 100 service provider and enterprise customers. It also offered application providers a white-label text messaging enablement platform.

The transaction closed today for an undisclosed amount.
