Six month contract with the potential of a right to hire

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for the development of the TruReach Intel platform and will work very closely with the engineering and systems development teams and will provide the following:

Requirements for product features and enhancements
Prioritizing sprint release delivery items
Develop interim manual workaround solutions to support proof-of-concept trials
Provide requirements for product enhancements
Assist engineering with user story developments
Provide engineering and systems development with requirements for roadmap product enhancements

Requirements:

3-4 years of prior product management experience
3-4 years of product development experience
3-4 Know-Your-Business (KYB) experience
Proven success of launching new products and/or services
Experience developing user stories
API product management (design, integration, developer experience)
Familiarity with data sources: business registries, sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, EU), UBO databases, credit bureaus.
Risk scoring methodologies and fraud prevention techniques
Problem-solving mindset: designing scalable, low-friction onboarding flows
Strong communication: bridging technical and regulatory stakeholders
Track record of shipping APIs or risk/compliance products

Additional Skills:

2-3 years Know-your-customer (KYC) experience
Adaptability: navigating rapidly evolving industry requirements
Experience with machine learning for risk scoring or anomaly detection
Experience with sanctions screening tools, credit/risk scoring, or continuous monitoring

Software Engineer/Database Developer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing software that anticipates and supports customer business needs, ɫ��business objectives, and keeps ahead of the competition. Specifically, responsible for the design, development and testing of software programs in accordance with ɫ��procedures. Provide troubleshooting support to customers as needed. Participates in the review of requirements and Product Test planning and execution. Support the production of necessary Learning Support materials. As necessary, responsible for/participates in overall architecture design, third party software evaluation and computing platform selection. As necessary, participates on teams involved in cross product solutions and interfaces to other products. May be responsible for application database support which encompasses build, development and test environment support along with packaging/shipping software.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience delivering software systems on aggressive schedules with high quality
Systems design
Agile/Lean methodology
Java
Software configuration tools (source control, defect tracking, etc .)
Large scale performance applications
Excellent teaming and collaboration skills
Database knowledge and experience
Schema design, Data modeling, and optimization
Tuning, indexing, partitioning, query optimization
Tools development and scripting experience
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience for a SW Developer
US Citizenship Required
